- A minimum of seven pages of original, valid, creative and functional
content.
- Text must be easy to read over the background.
- Site must be in Italian, English, French, German or
Spanish.
- All text spell checked & free of errors.
- Links and images should all work.
- The web sites loading time must not exceed 90 seconds on a 56k modem.
- The site must be easy to navigate without using the back
button.
- Password found within this site.
- The site will be examined with Internet Explorer only.
- Site with a Flash Intro page must provide a Skip Intro
option.
- If the site contains music, remember the option to turn it off.
- External links must open in a new window.
- A copyright statement must reside on the web site.
- Site that collect personal information should have a Privacy
Policy.
- Only winners will be notified by e-mail about the result of my evaluation.
INELIGIBLE WEB SITES:
- Copyright infringements.
- Under costruction signs.
- Promotion of illegal activities.
- Site without an awards won page.
- Right mouse click disabled.
- Stand-alone awards program.
- Site with satanism and dark life.
- Applications from young persons under 16 years[*] of age.
THINGS THAT MIGHT EDUCE YOUR CHANCES:
- Site does not have one central theme.
- Lots of animated gifs all over the pages.
- Horizontal scrollbars at a 800x600 or higher screen
resolution.
- Any coding errors. Also in status bar.
- Broken internal link.
- Broken external link.
- Broken images.
- Trailing Cursors.

For C.O.P.P.A., applicant must be over the age of 13 but
for DAGA's criteria the applicant must be at least 16
years old. This Awards program is in full compliance with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA),
and will not accept applications from any person under 16 years
of age.
DAGA's criteria was updated on October 01,
2005.
Only applicants who applied after that date will be bound by any
rules that changed or were added.
